Leading international legal search consultancy Fox Rodney announces the appointment of Ben Cockram to lead  its In-House search practice and welcomes Ben to its executive team.

Ben joined the Fox Rodney team in May 2023 with a mandate to scale Fox Rodney’s In-House search capability globally, with a focus on assisting clients in searches across the Legal, Compliance, Governance, and  Government Affairs & Public Policy functions. Ben will work in close collaboration with Fox Rodney’s international offices to help drive exceptional outcomes for their clients.

Ben has an excellent track record in the Legal search space, having honed his expertise through tenure with two renowned legal search firms, Laurence Simons & Taylor Root, where he held global roles. Ben’s experience encompasses a number of international markets, with a particular exposure and experience across EMEA and the USA. Ben possesses an exceptional ability to navigate intricate corporate landscapes and cultures, delivering tailored solutions to clients worldwide.

Complementing Ben’s professional accomplishments, he also holds a bachelor’s degree in History and has further advanced his knowledge through a post-graduate education in Strategic Management and Leadership. Ben is committed to delivering exceptional results amidst constantly evolving business environments. Ben is based in the firm’s London office.
