After instruction, each search begins with our in-house, experienced research team carrying out in-depth research of the relevant sector market, usually leading to the creation of a bespoke market map of the potential “universe” of potentially relevant lawyers, and then a short-list of the candidates we recommend approaching, specifically tailored to meet the brief.
Our consultative approach means we then discuss our recommended candidate approaches with our client and, once a strategy has been agreed, consultant led headhunt calls commence. We approach each prospective candidate sensitively and carefully. After an initial interview process by Fox Rodney, we then guide our client and potential candidates through the meeting process to a successful conclusion. We then work with our clients and the successful candidate to ensure a smooth transition into the firm for the successful candidate, including integration coaching from a specialist coach, if required.
