Brandon is a Mergers Consultant at Fox Rodney and is spearheading the development of our Mergers Division, as well as providing Strategic Consulting services to law firms.

Brandon has the benefit and experience of having worked at and held leadership roles at a large City/Global law firm (Dentons) and at a small/medium regional law firm (Howes Percival), so understands the challenges and opportunities in different areas of the legal market.

As Managing Partner of the Milton Keynes office of Howes Percival, in 2008 he led negotiations with Dentons (and his then current firm, Howes Percival) to transfer a 50 strong team from Howes Percival to Dentons while maintaining morale in, and loyalty of, the team and retaining the client base of the team.

Then, as Managing Partner of Dentons UK (2010-2018), he led the successful acquisition of the Scottish business of Maclay Murray & Spens LLP (£43m revenue) as well as bringing in the banking litigation team from MAB Watford and recruiting other key teams.

At Dentons, he was responsible for the significant improvement in the performance of the UK business resulting in a highly successful and profitable business attracting and retaining high calibre talent, with no debt and significantly increased revenue and enhanced margins and profits.
