Key findings include:

• Women made up 25% of all partner moves in London
• The highest percentage of female partner moves was seen in Employment and Financial Services Regulatory
• The lowest percentage of female partner moves was seen in Corporate and Real Estate
• Almost 30% of partners moving to Legal Business Top 10 firms were female – most of these came from in-house or a regulator
