Our search methodology is tailored to each client’s needs. A fully retained search begins with in-depth research of the market and the production of a Market Map of candidates. This is a comprehensive list of the potential target candidates with the requisite experience, specifically tailored to each individual search.
After presenting this document to the client and receiving feedback, we begin the recruitment process by sensitively approaching prospective candidates and conducting our own interviews before presenting a short list to the client. We communicate regularly with both our client and the candidates throughout the process and also assist with offer management and resignation coaching to ensure the smooth transition of the successful candidate.
