- Due Diligence Services
Many recruiters don’t conduct due diligence on their candidates as part of the recruitment process. It’s not their job. Of course, you can undertake it in-house. But are partners, or even HR professionals, really the best people to elicit this information? After all, it’s not their job either. Fox Rodney Search has established the leading methodology for obtaining and providing objective, independent due diligence, which we offer as a discrete service to law firms, corporates and financial institutions.
- Market Mapping
Where clients are considering making a hire or entering a new market and wish to gather data relating to that new market, Fox Rodney Search can undertake a market mapping project. Clients also instruct Fox Rodney Search to conduct a mapping exercise as part of the early stage preparations in making a hire. This will involve mapping out the entire relevant market and will provide the client with extensive information, enabling the organisation to be fully prepared and to move quickly if they decide there is a need to make a hire. Frequently, a market mapping exercise is linked with a competitor analysis project.
- Competitor Analysis and Perception Surveys
