Siobhán qualified as a lawyer at Arthur Cox in Dublin and then went on to complete her LLM at the London School of Economics.

After this, she joined Allen & Overy in London where she practised as a capital markets lawyer for five years, during which time she was seconded to Swiss Bank Corporation (now UBS) in Switzerland, Merrill Lynch and Cable & Wireless. Siobhan’s first role in legal recruitment was with a leading recruitment firm where she was appointed head of the financial services legal team.

In 2002, she joined a top 5 financial services executive search firm in order to establish a legal and compliance search practice. She joined Fox Rodney Search in early 2006 and is now a Managing Director and shareholder. She is responsible for partner searches and also leads our financial services practice, focusing on both in-house and partner searches.

Siobhán is an active member of the London School of Economics’ Professional Mentoring Scheme and the London School of Economics’ Law Department’s Widening Participation Scheme. In addition, she oversees Fox Rodney Search’s CSR programme.
