We assist our clients in implementing their diversity programmes, whilst adopting a practical and systematic approach. We address the issue of diversity needs with clients at the outset of a search and we request that clients provide us with details of their diversity policies. We aim to ensure that our long lists and short lists reflect a diverse range of candidates, whilst always focusing on identifying those candidates who are best qualified for the role.
