Stephen founded Fox Rodney in 2000 with Adrian Fox to deliver exceptional legal recruitment and executive search services to private practice and in-house clients internationally. As Executive Chairman, Stephen leads the strategic direction of Fox Rodney and drives forward our company vision and values.
Stephen qualified as a solicitor with Berwin Leighton in 1989. He moved into legal recruitment in 1990, becoming Managing Director of the market leading specialist legal recruitment consultancy in 1998.
At Fox Rodney, Stephen specialises in retained partner searches, partner representation, team moves and new office openings for International, UK and US firms. He has a wealth of experience in these areas and provides strategic knowledge and market insight to our breadth of clients.
