At FRS, we understand the importance of diversity and we work with clients to ensure that we assist them in achieving their diversity goals. We define diversity in its widest sense rather than just considering gender and ethnicity. We assist our clients in implementing their diversity programmes, whilst adopting a practical and systematic approach. We address the issue of diversity with clients at the outset of a search and we request that clients provide us with details of their diversity policies. We aim to ensure that our long lists and short lists reflect a diverse range of candidates, whilst always focusing on identifying those candidates who are best qualified for the role.

In addition, FRS is committed to promoting diversity as a company and this is reflected in the fact that its own employees come from a diverse range of backgrounds and ethnic minorities.
